She makes you feel genuinely listened to, understood and cared for.

What I love most about being a SBS member is that her care doesn’t stop when you leave the treatment room. If I have a concern, breakout or I’m unsure whether I’m using something correctly, Hannah is always willing to take time out of her incredibly busy day to listen and advise.
